Carleton Chef Michael Dolente At Savour Food & Wine Show!

The Carleton is delighted to be participating in Savour Food & Wine Festival. Executive Chef Michael Dolente will be sharing his divine panna cotta, a traditional Italian cream custard with lemon marmalade and sponge toffee crumble.
