THE BLUE LANE was founded in Nova Scotia, during the winter of 2015 by Morgan Cruickshank (Guitar), Rachael Henderson (Bass/Vocals) and Caleb Johnson (Guitar). Connor Booth (Drums) joined shortly after. In the Summer of 2016, the band played The Halifax Jazz Festival and The Larlee Creek Hullaballoo.
