Two of our favourite local creatives – Terra Spencer & Stewart Legere – join forces for a special duo show at The Carleton on Thursday, March 10th. They’ll perform separately and then end the night together. Show time is 7:30 PM and tickets are $20 + HST.
***If you want to sit with others who have purchased their tickets separately, please email reservations@thecarleton.ca with the names***
Windsor, Nova Scotian funeral director-turned-songwriter Terra Spencer discovered her passion for crafting songs while touring with country artist Ryan Cook, after being recruited as a backup singer in 2014 while scooping ice cream at a music festival. Since making her solo debut in 2018, she has charmed audiences in the Maritimes, Ontario, the UK, and Europe with deft finger-style guitar, gospel piano, butterscotch voice, and easy onstage conversation, making you feel knee-to-knee with her even in a room of 500.
Stewart Legere is a multidisciplinary artist from Halifax/Kjipuktuk. He is the Co-Artistic Director of The Accidental Mechanics Group and Associate Artistic Director of Zuppa Theatre Co. His performances have been presented at theatres and festivals across Canada and the UK.
