We’re taking advantage of a hole in Joel Plaskett‘s touring schedule to have our favourite artist return to The Carleton for a very special early evening solo acoustic show on Sunday, September 18th. Another of our fave artists – Mo Kenney will open the night. Show time is 7:30 PM and tickets are only $25.

Joel Plaskett was the first artist to ever play a show at The Carleton (2008). At the time, he was one of the brightest lights on the Canadian musical horizon and since then has developed into an iconic Canadian superstar with more awards than we have space to list here, including a Juno award. This show is a spur-of-the-moment idea and we don’t have much time to promote, so please tell your friends – after you get your own tickets though!

If you don’t know who Mo Kenney is, you should. I could go on and on but the best plan would be to come to this show and see for yourself. A major talent in the making and I guarantee you’ll be hearing a lot more about her because as good as she already is, she’s only getting started!
