The Carleton‘s Classic Album series continues with our good friends Petty Larceny taking on Tom Petty‘s massive hit Full Moon Fever album on Wednesday, February 24th. Show time is 8 PM and it’s only $10 at the door. The band has drafted guitar-slinger Ryan Stanley to smoke the Mike Campbell lead parts so this’ll be a good ‘un! AND, Ryan’s new band – The Wicked Deadlys – will be opening the night with a set of songs Petty’s covered in the past, a serious treat!

This series is designed to give us all an affordable reason to get out of the house during the week in the winter months and started with King Harvest doing selections from The Band’s Last Waltz and The Basement Tapes. That show sold out. Joel Plaskett’s upcoming take on Billy Joel’s Glass Houses has already sold out two shows. We’ll be announcing more nights in this series soon (and they’re very exciting) so keep your eyes peeled for those.
