The Halifax Urban Folk Festival is back, with a limited number of live shows at The Carleton. On Saturday, September 5th, we present two song circles. The first features Deves Matwawana, Jon Samuel (Wintersleep) and Keeper E; the second sports Mo Kenney, Adam Baldwin and Kim Harris.
