The Halifax Urban Folk Festival, presents the first of a monthly series of songwriters’ shows hosted by Carleton Stone – Carleton At The Carleton – with special guests Mo Kenney and Kayleigh, on Sunday, February 9th. Brunch service will start at 11:30 AM and live music starts at 1 PM. The “La De Da” brunch option is $40, the “Simple Pleasures” option is $25 (both include admission to the show), the show-only option is $12. Tickets for all three options are available through HUFF HERE. It’s worth noting that this is an all ages event!

Carleton says, “So happy to be hosting a Songwriter Series at one of my favorite venues. I’ll be joined by some of Nova Scotia’s best new songwriters along with a few of my more experienced writing pals. For the first show on February 9th I’m excited to welcome two of my favorite songwriters, Mo Kenney and Kayleigh.
