The Halifax Urban Folk Festival kicks off its 13th annual edition at The Carleton in fine fashion with rising alt-country-swing band Horsebath. Their opening songwriters’ circle includes Art Bouman, Darragh Jessome and Dagen Mutter. The show will commence at 7 PM. Tickets are $25 + HST. HORSEBATH is songwriting duo and entertainers Daniel Connolly and Keast Mutter along with a full band. Their repertoire hops and bops with devilish harmonies through Country Swing, Rock’n’Roll and Outlaw Ballads, brought to life with the playful and sexy retro groove that fills their boots and invites all to jump in and dance.
