The can’t-miss duo of Holly Arsenault & Kitty Farmer reprise their take on the Peggy Lee songbook in To Peggy With Love, a celebration of lovers everywhere, on Valentine’s Day – Wednesday, February 14th – at The Carleton. Show time is 7 PM and tickets are $27.50 + HST.

Doors open for dinner and drinks at 5:00 pm with service continuing throughout the show.  In addition to The Carleton regular dinner favourites, Chef Mathias Probst is offering a special Valentine’s Day 3-course menu for $65:

APPETIZER: seared local scallops with a spicy and tangy n’duja vinaigrette and a carrot puree emulsified with brown butter OR mixed greens salad served with shallot vinaigrette, puffed quinoa and shaved vegetables.

ENTRÉE: cured and confit duck, served with crispy skin, slow braised red cabbage with cabernet sauvignon and pancetta OR house made potato gnocchi served with sauteed local mushrooms, pecorino romano, spinach and a mushroom infused cream

DESSERT: callebaut chocolate ganache, goat’s milk caramel, amaretti crumble
