Young up-and-comer Eliza Rhinelander, celebrates the release of her new album – The Precipice – with a performance at The Carleton on Sunday, February 9th. Showtime is 7 PM and tickets are $20 + HST.
Eliza Rhinelander is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Songs from her debut EP, Good Old Days, have twice won her ‘Best Lyrics’ in the World’s Songwriting Competition, and she was a 2023 nominee for Best Songwriter in The Coast’s Best of Halifax Readers’ Choice Awards. A storyteller at heart, her evocative lyricism has led her to perform at the Halifax Urban Folk Festival, the Seahorse Tavern, and headline a sold-out show at The Carleton with her producer and frequent collaborator Silas Bonnell. Her upcoming album The Precipice is a coming-of-age story crossing genres of folk, indie, pop and rock, and is released on February 5th.
