It’s the CIDER EDITION, Valley style!  Join us at 7:00 pm Wednesday, August 28th when Wolfville’s Annapolis Cider Company and Kentville’s Maritime Express Cider Company go head to head.

Enjoy 5 courses prepared by Chef Mathias Probst, each one paired with two 4 oz ciders selected by expert Cidermakers to complement the dish.  Chef and Cidermakers will be on hand to speak about their pairings.  You vote for the most successful pairing after each course, with the grand winner declared at the end of the evening.

Limited seating.  Individual tickets are $100 (including tip) plus HST.
