Come enjoy a fun night with Connie May as she returns to The Carleton to tell her story with her amazing band – Evan Cieplik (bass), Niko Malinowski (guitar), Dean Foster (keys), Jacob Fleenor (drums), along with co-headliner rsun – for our first 2023 show on Thursday, January 5th. Live music gets underway at 7:30 PM and tickets are $28 + HST.

Connie May is a singer/ songwriter who is well-known for her vibrant energy, powerful vocals, and show-stopping performances. Writing in the genre of Pop/Rnb, May’s intimate originals bring her story to the stage. Born and raised in Nova Scotia, Canada, she’s now based in Boston MA, attending the Berklee College of Music, the leading contemporary music school in the world. She has received first place in Junior Musical Theatre at the 2019 Nova Scotia Provincial Music Festival, multiple first-place titles in the Kiwanis Music Festival, and has directed her own show featuring youth performers with disabilities for the Halifax Fringe Festival.
