When Ashley MacIsaac‘s first special birthday matinée at The Carleton sells out immediately, in deference to those who missed the boat, one adds another show! We’re thrilled to announce that Ashley will do another special birthday matinée on Saturday, February 22nd. Yes. we’ll start serving brunch at 11:30 AM and yes, the show will feature Wendy MacIsaac and Chris Babineau and yes, the show will start at 2 PM! Advanced tickets are $27.50.

It’s worth noting that, because this is a matinée, folks under 19 may attend. Thanks to the province’s liquor laws, they have to buy food if they do, but they can come!

Ashley MacIsaac plays the fiddle with an intensity, authenticity and passion that is hard to deny. He learned his chops at an early age mentored by some of the legendary greats of the area, performing all over the Island in halls, clubs, barns and kitchens. Hi How Are You was released in the mid 90’s and the accolades rolled in, the awards, the touring, the interviews and appearances, the persona took shape and the legend took hold.
