To wrap up our 10th anniversary celebrations, The Carleton is happy to welcome Newfoundland‘s The Navigators to our stage on Sunday, June 3rd. Show time is 8 PM and tickets are $20. The lads don’t get to Halifax nearly enough, so don’t miss this rare opportunity to see the real thing!
Hailing from the Atlantic Canadian province of Newfoundland, The Navigators are four multi-skilled, energetic, and entertaining musicians brought together for the love of music. Each member brings to the fold talent and years of experience in the music community. With original songs, acapella, instrumental numbers, ballads and shanties the band has created their own sound that that works for rock concerts, soft-seat auditoriums, folk festivals, conferences or pubs and parties. The band always guarantees they’ll both give and have a good time.
The Navigators are: Arthur O’Brien (Vocals, Fiddle, and Guitars), Fred Jorgensen (Vocals, Whistles, Guitars & Bodhran), Paul “Manse” Turner (Bass & Harmony Vocals) and Paul Murphy (Drums & Percussion)
