I’ve known The Tragically Hip since 1986 when they independently released the Last American Exit EP. This tour is the first one they’ve done I haven’t been able to see – for a variety of reasons – but The Carleton will embrace Halifax’s Tragically Hip Day celebrations on Saturday, August 20th with all Hip, all day, and we encourage you to drop in for some food and drinks downtown and to share your Hip memories with us. It will be a day and night like no other in Canadian music history. Be part of it.
