Tyler Mullendore – with able support from pals Noah Tye and Laura Merrimen – celebrates the release of “Time Heals Everything”, his debut EP, with a show at The Carleton on Thursday, November 21st. Show time is 7:30 PM and tickets are only $20 + HST.  It also marks the release of the 3rd single/video,  “Mama Cry”, which will be premiering  at the show. There will be door prizes, there will be tshirts, there will be vinyl, if it gets there in time!!

Born from the soul of Cape Breton soil, Tyler Mullendore blends rough and tumble roots rock with the electrified emotion of southern fried Americana. Tyler pays forward the heart-wrenching wistfulness of Bob Seger and the lyrical introspection of John Prine with a classic rock pulse that’s made all the more compelling by the remarkable band behind him.  The 2007 Canadian Idol finalist proves why he was awarded the top spot in eOne’s national “Big Break” songwriting competition; it’s clear the judges were just as taken with the authenticity of his songs as you’re sure to be.

Noah Tye brings the force of a category 5 hurricane to every stage he plays.  Be it the club around the corner from you, or a funeral home.  Bring your raincoats and hold on tight.

Laura Merrimen is an old soul who wears her Americana drenched heart on her sleeve. Armed with an electrified 40’s Harmony Commander and a Fender Princeton Tweed copy her Dad built, she infuses a blend of rock n roll know-how, haunting harmonica and pairs it with catchy pop soul and blues melodies and what is produced is a smokey trip down memory lane. A veteran of the East Coast music scene, Merrimen – multi-instrumentalist, producer and dabbling engineer has released four independent albums; Love Letters For Lonely Hunters 2009, Midnight Roll 2012, This Time & From Now On 2018, Station Isolation 2020 and is currently working on her fifth.
