Chelsi Madonna is a musician and director based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. After graduating with her Masters in Performance from UBC, Chelsi has sung across Canada, Italy, and the Czech Republic. During her singing endeavours, Chelsi started a YouTube channel, documenting her life in vlogs. After moving to Toronto, she was recruited by MUCH Music to join their Digital Creator program where she helped produce videos, interviewed at the MMVAs, starred in commercials, and participated in on-stage events. She currently has a cross-channel following of over 80K.
After finding her new home in Halifax, Chelsi decided to open her own music studio titled, “Chelsi Madonna School of Music.” Part of this endeavour is directing a queer choir that grew from 8 to 50 in just under one year. As a proud queer woman, she is dedicated to building community, performance practice, and creating a space that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
The piano has been Holly Arsenault‘s favourite toy since the ripe old age of 4 when she came upon the tired old upright at her grandmother’s house in Cape Breton. In the years since, she has traveled the globe as a pit musician, music director, sideman, soloist and leader of her own trio . These days, Holly lives and plays in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with forays into the wider world as opportunities and adventures beckon.
