Many thanks to our staff for giving generously of their time and energy to take the stage and to the J&W Murphy Foundation for stepping up to match ALL donations to Team Carleton.

The Carleton VENUE will be closed on Thursday, February 29th because The Carleton STAFF is taking the leap across Argyle Street to the Halifax Convention Centre to perform your favourite Fleetwood Mac tunes at this year’s BMO’s A Different Stage of Mind (DSOM) – a fundraiser for the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.
That’s right, from behind-the-scenes to stage-front-and-centre! And for such a good cause… DSOM is an inspiring night featuring musical performances by brave community leaders who step out of their comfort zone and into the spotlight to raise critical funds for mental health initiatives across Nova Scotia. 2024 marks the 20th anniversary and final year of this entertaining tradition.
Will you help us make a difference? You can support Team Carleton‘s efforts by purchasing event tickets or tables HERE or with a donation of any amount to Mental Health HERE.
A long-standing staple in the Atlantic Canadian live music scene, The Carleton is a one-of-a-kind venue that celebrates established and emerging artists in an intimate downtown-Halifax setting.
The Carleton’s staff is a tight-knit, hard working and diverse team of young hospitality and music professionals. Together they showcase their culinary talents, bar knowledge, and a range of incredible local, national, and international artists. Front of House management Morgan Geremia, Harrison Cowden and Megan Beamish, Sous-Chef Dustin Crooks, bartender Finn Sullivan-Ash, servers Madeline Dodge, Layla Fadhil, Shruti Bajaj, Imogen Ash, host Chloe Crooks and sound technicians Jon Cornwall, Allan Evans, Mitch Aucoin and Pat Coleman will be bringing some of the “Carleton Magic” to the stage on February 29th.
UPDATE! Your donation to the cause will be matched! Click
