South Shore-based songwriter Kristen Martell celebrates the release of her new album, Every Season – along with special guest Laura Rae – with a show at The Carleton on Thursday, October 20th. Live music gets underway at 7:30 PM and tickets are $15 + HST.

Join ECMA and Music NS Nominee Kristen Martell as she celebrates the release of her 2nd record Every Season. Produced by Halifax’s Gabrielle Papillon, her upcoming work explores new territory with orchestral folk pop anthems. With gentle arrangements, haunting harmonies and insightful messages, Martell’s songs are the perfect soundtrack to ease your melancholy. Joining her onstage is guitarist Nick Maclean and country/pop songstress Brooklyn Blackmore on keys and vocals.
