SUNDAY CONFIRMATION: This show is definitely ON. Tickets will be available at the door.
Dartmouth’s George Woodhouse and the Public Service headline at The Carleton on Sunday, September 25th. Show time is 7 PM and tickets are $17 + HST.
Since original openers Kitchener’s I, The Mountain had to return early to Ontario, Mi’kmaq Singer Songwriter Raymond Sewell has agreed to open up the night with us.
Lyrically driven, soulfully sung, George Woodhouse and The Public Service pack a punch of hope, grief, and love into songs infused with an East Coast sing-along-able sound. The band is a shape-shifting collective of friends who are also neighbours in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia’s downtown community. The pandemic has been a time to have kids, slow-down and record their debut full-length album entitled, Songs For The Living, released in May, 2022.
