Long-standing local party band – and Shore Club summertime stalwarts – Tribute – make their Carleton debut on Friday, July 26th. Show time is 10 PM and admission is $10 at the door. The lads are big fun so make sure you get there early to avoid being outside when the live music starts!
Tribute is a 6-piece band built around the idea of honouring some of the greatest music from the 50s, 60s, 70s and more. With 5 singers in the band, they are able to cover some of the more vocally-oriented rock ‘n’ roll hits in a way that many bands simply can’t. Their philosophy has always been to play the songs as close to the original hit versions as possible because that’s the way people want to hear their favourites done. They also choose songs that are easy to dance to and have been packing dance floors in the Halifax area for many years.
The band is: Robert Boudreau – Vocals, John Boudreau – Keyboards & Vocals, Paul Boudreau – Guitar & Vocals, Paul Eisan – Bass & Vocals, Jim Rice – Lead Guitar and Ken MacDonald on drums and vocals
