On February 21, we’re back with another round of Chef Dolente’s Craft Draught Showdown. Local brewing heavyweights, Garrison Brewing Co. and Propeller Brewing Co. go head to head. Enjoy 5 courses prepared by Chef Michael Dolente, each one paired with two 4 oz. brews selected by Daniel Girard – Garrison and Patrick Robichaud – Propeller to complement the dish. Chef and breweries will be there to speak about their pairings and after each course you’ll vote for your favourite pairing.
